There are many aspects of MACCS™ integrated with MS-Outlook™ designed to improve communication about the status of issues, the status of cases, and ultimately improving the productivity of the organization. The “Communication” tabs throughout the system allow your staff to enter key communications they’ve had with clients, vendors, and other staff and then immediately email this information to the “need to know” people. In addition, follow-up entries can be automatically created in MS-Outlook™ Calendars to be more proactive in dealing with each issue.
