Integrated with our Client Database, MACCS™ provides all the full Pre-Sales Prospect tracking and management tools needed to effectively improve the efficiency of your Advanced Planning sales staff. No longer do you have to run a separate sales tracking tool and lose all your pre-sales information upon conversion from pre-sale to sale. Since everything in MACCS™ is fully integrated, when a Pre-Sales Prospect becomes a client, all the related pre-sales contact information is still available.

In addition, since MACCS™ is integrated seamlessly with the MS-Office™ suite of office products, the Pre-Sales Prospect module also takes advantage of this functionality. You can track all communications with the prospect via email. With MS-Outlook™ installed, you can seamlessly create calendar entries to automatically follow-up your contacts with a prospect. With MS-Word™ installed, you can seamlessly create letters from standardized Word™ templates (so that all of your sales staff are using the same company approved formats!).
