Service Module
The MACCS Service Module is an invaluable funeral home scheduling tool for scheduling and tracking services and their related details. The Service Module provides you with the ability to manage and view all arrangement appointments and services that are scheduled.
Funeral Service Details
The MACCS Service Module allows you to enter key funeral service details into specific categories such as: Service, Transport/Receive, Flowers/Donations, Appointments, Director, Notes, Communications, and History. Every detail of the funeral service is tracked.
Appointment Scheduling
One of the key features of the Service Module is the comprehensive appointment tracking functionality. MACCS's unique interace allows you to easily add and track arrangement appointments. Additionally, any appointment can be linked to a particular service, case, or both. The fully integrated Calendar Mode allows you to view all appointments in a familiar calendar display format with monthly, weekly, and daily views.
Reporting
Detailed standard reports such as Service Listing, Service Status, Service Schedule, and others are available for quick and easy business reporting. MACCS™ also comes with its own built in data dictionary providing you with the information you need to create your own custom reports. Our data dictionary provides you with all the details about the underlying data and the related data structures.
